Flooding

​Property flooding can be caused by burst water pipes. When reporting a flooding issue, water maybe standing inside or outside of the property.

​Flooding Outdoors

Refers to a rupture on the internal (private) plumbing of a property causing a flood of clear water. Commonly reported as clear water flooding into or from an area of a property.

Storm Drain Clogged

​​Refers to an obstructed or overflowing storm drain.  Commonly reported as standing water during heavy rain, in areas where trash and other debris are frequently thrown into the storm drain.
